Dear Friends,
As many of you may already be aware that one of our beloved Elders, Luang Por Pasanno, will be making a visit to India this coming November/December. As previously mentioned to our groups, he plans on spending a weekend at Dhammarama, Dwarka, on the 1st through the 3rd of December.
The initial invitation for Luang Por to visit India has actually come from Swami Atmananda at Ajatananda Ashram in Rishikesh. There is a weekend program at the Ashram where Luang Por will give a series of talks, Q&A’s and discussions with Swami ji. This is taking place from Thursday Nov.26 – Sunday the 29th of November. I will include the outline of the proposed schedule for this event.
Due to Luang Por’s visa to India being in question, it has been a bit in the air if in fact this event would happen. However with the recent confirmation of the visa approval, the event will be taking place. Those wishing to join this public event are welcome, though one will have to arrange their lodgings etc. in Rishikesh. I am waiting to hear back from Swami-ji, who will be sending an online presentation along with a link for people to register. I will post this as soon as I receive it for those interested to join in this weekend event at the Ashram. Before this registration goes online, please send me a message (8800536815) if one intends to join. This will help with the arrangements with the Ashram, having a rough estimate of people from our group so that they can save a certain amount of seats.
More will be posted soon on this event, along with a schedule for the weekend in Delhi, and his visit to Sangharama monastery.
